Instructions
1: In a pot, add fish, water, salt and turmeric powder. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the fish is partly cooked and becomes solidified. 2: Remove from the water. Once it cools slightly, separate the bones, if any. Shred the fish into small pieces. 3: Heat oil and add mustard seeds and cumin. Once the mustard crackles, add green chilli, curry leaves and onion. Saute until the onion starts to change colour and brown. 4: Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and black pepper powder. Saute for a minute. 5: Add the shredded fish and mix. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until some of the fish pieces start to turn crispy. 6: Finish with lemon juice and coriander leaves. Mix it and serve! It tastes great when eaten with rice.View original recipe
