What you need

bunch curry leaves

tsp salt

tbsp coconut oil

tsp fenugreek seeds

tbsp garlic

cup tomato

tsp turmeric powder

cup water

fl oz coconut milk

tbsp ginger

tsp coriander powder
tsp red chili powder

Instructions
1: Peel and cut the raw mango. 2: Heat coconut oil in a pot and add fenugreek seeds. 3: Add ginger, garlic, green chilli, curry leaves, and onion. Saute until the onion turns translucent, around 3 mins. 4: Add tomato and salt. Saute for 2-3 minutes. 5: Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and coriander powder. Saute for a minute and then add water. 6: Bring it to a boil, then simmer for 3-4 mins. 7: Add the raw mango pieces and coconut milk. Mix well and allow it to come to a boil. 8: Add the fish pieces, cover, and cook for 5 minutes. 9: Add coconut oil and curry leaves, cover with a lid, and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving with rice, appam, or parotta.View original recipe
