tsp dried herbs

cup double cream

Instructions
1: In a pan, heat butter and olive oil on a low flame and add onions and garlic, cook until the onions turn translucent. 2: Add ½ Cup of water and season with salt and black pepper powder. 3: After the liquid has reduced, reduce the flame and add fresh cream. 4: Add the dried mixed herbs. 5: Switch off the flame and finish with the zest of 1 lemon. 6: Toss the pasta with the sauce/ serve topped with the sauce.View original recipe
