What you need

cup besan flour

cup rice flour
fl oz oil

cup water

tsp baking powder
tsp red chili powder

hard-boiled egg
Instructions
1: Cut the boiled eggs into halves, length-wise and keep it aside. 2: In a bowl, add besan flour, rice flour, maida, chilli powder, salt, baking powder and mix them. 3: Add water and whisk it till a thick batter forms and there are no lumps. 4: In a kadai, heat oil for deep frying. 5: Dunk the egg halves into the batter, coat it evenly and drop it into the oil. 6: Fry on a medium heat till it turns golden brown and crispy. 7: Serve it hot along with chutney or ketchup.View original recipe
