What you need

cup water

cup sugar

cup desiccated coconut
fl oz oil

cup paneer
cup khoya

green cardamoms
Instructions
1: In a bowl, grate khoya and paneer, add a tablespoon of milk. Knead it all together till it binds evenly. Add the 2nd spoon of milk if it does not bind evenly. 2: Divide and roll them into spheres. 3: Heat oil in a kadai, deep fry the khoya spheres in it till it turns golden brown. Keep it aside. 4: In another pan, add sugar, water and cardamom. Bring it to a boil and let it thicken a little. 5: Transfer the fried jamun to the sugar syrup and let it soak for 25-30 minutes. 6: Take the jamun off the sugar syrup and drain it well. 7: Coarsely grind sugar and spread it on a plate. 8: Roll the soaked jamun evenly on the sugar and serve.View original recipe
