tbsp fresh coriander leaves

tsp cumin powder

tsp salt
tsp oil

tsp mustard seed

curry leaves

tsp urad dal
green chilli
Instructions
1: In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients for the oats and give it a good mix. 2: In a tadka pan add oil and mustard seeds, once it splutters add the urad dal, curry leaves and green chilli. 3: Add the tadka to the oats mixture, cover and refrigerate it overnight. 4: Enjoy this chilled high protein breakfast the next morning.View original recipe
