What you need

fl oz olive oil

tsp salt

tsp yeast

tsp sugar

tomato
tbsp oil

tbsp garlic

tbsp oregano

cup tomato puree

tbsp basil

onion
capsicum

paneer

baby corn

black olives

cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1: Mix the dry ingredients for the dough, add water and knead it to a soft and elastic dough. 2: Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it ferment for an hour, till the dough rises. 3: In the meantime, blanch the tomatoes in boiling water for 10-15 seconds and put them in a bowl of cold water. 4: Peel off the tomato skin, cut it into wedges, take off the seeds and chop the pulp nice and fine. 5: Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and saute for a few seconds. Add the herbs and saute for a few seconds. 6: Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato puree and cook it well till the raw flavour of the tomatoes is gone. Let the sauce cool down. 7: Grease a skillet with oil, place the dough and spread it using your hands. 8: Add the tomato sauce, spread it evenly. 9: Add mozzarella cheese evenly all around. 10: Place the ingredients required for the topping. 11: Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes. 12: Slice and serve it hot.View original recipe
