What you need

tbsp salt
tbsp oil

tbsp olive oil
tbsp fresh garlic

oz mushroom

cup tomato puree

cup water

tbsp oregano

tbsp butter

tsp salt

tsp sugar

tsp red pepper powder

cup double cream

tbsp fresh coriander
Instructions
1: Add water to a pan, add salt to it. Bring it to a boil. 2: Add the pasta and boil it according to the time mentioned on the pack. 3: Strain the pasta, reserve some of the water, grease it with oil and keep it aside. 4: Heat a pan, add olive oil. 5: Add chopped garlic and saute till it starts to turn light brown. 6: Add the mushrooms and saute for 2-3 minutes. 7: Add the tomato puree and cook it for 5 minutes. 8: Add the reserved pasta water and let it simmer for 5 minutes. 9: Add oregano and butter, mix well. 10: Add the fresh cream and mix till it combines evenly. 11: Add the boiled pasta and mix and toss till it is coated well with the sauce. 12: Garnish it with coriander and serve it hot.View original recipe
