What you need

cup basmati rice

cup double cream

cup milk
soft cheese

oz cheddar cheese
tbsp oil

garlic

onion

bell pepper
tsp dried herbs

tbsp ghee

tsp salt

tsp red pepper powder

Instructions
1: Wash and soak basmati rice for 20 minutes. 2: Boil the rice until it’s 90% done and let it completely cool. 3: In a pan add oil, garlic, onion, mixed herbs, and bell peppers, and sauté until aromatic. 4: Add cream and milk along with some salt and pepper and cook until thickened. 5: Fry paneer and add it to the gravy and set aside. 6: In a pan add oil and garlic and sauté until aromatic. 7: Add the cooled rice and toss along with some salt and pepper. 8: Add the finely chopped herbs, switch off the flame, and toss.View original recipe
