What you need

tbsp lemon juice

tsp salt

fl oz olive oil

cup water

tbsp tahini

cup white sesame seeds

ice cube

cup chickpea

tbsp paprika
Instructions
1: Soak the chickpeas in water overnight. 2: Drain the water and add chickpeas to a pressure cooker with 2 cups of water. 3: Pressure cook for 6 whistles on high flame and allow steam to release. 4: Check if it mashes easily, and let it cool slightly. 5: Toast the white sesame seeds in a pan on low heat until they change color. 6: Grind the sesame seeds in a mixer and add olive oil. Grind until smooth. 7: In a mixer/food processor, blend the boiled chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, salt, olive oil, and ice cubes. 8: Add water gradually as needed and blend until smooth. 9: Serve in a bowl and garnish with olive oil and paprika powder.View original recipe
