tsp red pepper powder

tbsp butter

tbsp garlic
green chilli

tbsp all purpose flour

fl oz milk

fl oz water

tbsp double cream

nutmeg
Instructions
1: Heat oil in a pan and add the ginger, garlic, green chillies and onions, saute until the onions are translucent. 2: Add the cleaned and chopped spinach and saute until tender. Season with salt and pepper. 3: Grind the spinach until it becomes a smooth paste. 4: Heat butter in a pot and add the maida, slowly whisk in the milk to make a bechamel/ white sauce. 5: Add the puree and water to adjust the consistency. 6: Finish with fresh cream and nutmeg powder. 7: Bring it to a boil and switch off the heat.
