What you need
cup oil

tsp baking soda

cup cocoa powder
tsp vanilla essence

tsp baking powder

cup milk

Instructions
1: Add eggs to a bowl, beat the eggs till it starts to become fluffy. 2: Add half of the powdered sugar to the eggs first and whisk it for a few seconds. 3: Add the remaining sugar and oil and whisk till the mixture become fluffy and creamy. 4: Sieve in the maida, cocoa, baking powder and soda. 5: Use a spatula and fold in the mixture till all the ingredients combine evenly. 6: Add milk and fold the mixture gently till it all combines evenly into one smooth batter. 7: Grease a pressure cooker with oil, and place a sheet of parchment paper. Brush some oil on the parchment paper. 8: Pour the batter into the cooker. Tap the cooker on the table to burst any air pockets. 9: Cover the cooker tightly and place it on a preheated tawa and bake it on a low flame for 40 minutes and let the cake cool down completely. 10: Poke it with a toothpick to check if it is cooked throughout. 11: Use a knife and release the cake gently from the sides. 12: Place a plate on the cooker, turn the cooker over along with the plate and demould the cake. 13: Take off the parchment paper gently. 14: Add topping of your choice and enjoy.View original recipe
