green cardamoms

oz carrot

fl oz milk

cup sugar
cup khoya

tbsp condensed milk

tsp cardamom powder
Instructions
1: Heat a cooker, add ghee, cardamom and carrots and cook for a few seconds. 2: Add milk, bring it to a soft boil. 3: Close the cooker and let it cook for 2 whistles. 4: Open the cooker once the steam is down and mash the carrots. 5: Add sugar and continue cooking the mixture on a medium flame stirring continuously. 6: Add khoya and condensed milk and some cardamom powder. 7: Keep mixing till the mixture becomes thick like halwa and serve.View original recipe
