tbsp coffee powder

tsp baking powder

cup milk
tbsp oil
tsp vanilla essence

Instructions
1: In a bowl, mash the bananas. 2: Add sugar and whisk it well for 2 minutes. 3: Add the oil, curd, vanilla essence and whisk well till it becomes creamy. 4: Sieve in the maida, baking powder, baking soda and coffee powder. 5: Using a spatula, fold in the mixture till all ingredients combine evenly. 6: Add mix and mix it till a smooth batter forms. 7: Grease a baking mould with oil, line it with parchment paper. 8: Pour the batter into the mould and tap it on the table to clear out any air pockets. 9: Bake it at 180-200 degrees celsius for 35 minutes. 10: Take it out of the oven, let it cool down completely. 11: Demould the cake, cut and serve.View original recipe
