tsp red pepper powder

tsp soy sauce

tsp turmeric powder

tsp dried thyme

Instructions
1: In a mixing bowl, marinate the chicken cubes with all the ingredients for the marinade and let it sit for at least an hour in the refrigerator. 2: In a pan, add the soaked basmati rice, coconut milk, and water. Bring it to a boil, then reduce the flame to a simmer and cook covered for 12 minutes. 3: In a pan or wok, pour oil and add the marinated chicken. Sauté until cooked through and set aside. 4: Add the mushrooms to the same pan and cook until all the water evaporates and they develop color. 5: Add beans, carrots, green chilis, and garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds on high heat before adding diced capsicum and sauté for a few seconds. 6: Add the cooked and cooled rice to the pan along with soy sauce, salt, and black pepper powder. Mix in the cooked chicken. 7: Sauté everything well, garnish with spring onion greens, and serve hot.View original recipe
