What you need

tsp fennel seed

tsp cumin seed
dried chilli

clove

green cardamoms

cinnamon

lb beef cubes

water

tsp salt

tsp turmeric powder
tbsp oil

curry leaves

onion

tbsp ginger garlic paste

tsp red chilli

tsp coriander powder

tsp red pepper powder

tbsp fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
1: Heat a pan, dry roast the spices required for the chukka masala till it is aromatic and blend it to a fine paste. 2: In a pressure cooker, add the beef, water, salt, turmeric powder and let it cook on a high flame for 2 whistles and on a low flame for 5 whistles. 3: Heat a pan, add oil, cumin, green chillies, curry leaves and let it crackle. 4: Add the onions and cook it till it turns translucent. 5: Add ginger garlic paste and cook it for a minute. 6: Add the dry powders and cook it for a minute on a medium flame till its raw flavour is gone. 7: Add the beef and a little bit of the water used to cook the beef. 8: Mix it well till it is coated evenly with the masala. 9: Add the chukka masala and mix it with the beef till the mixture turns dry and aromatic. 10: Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot.View original recipe
