cup water

cup cream

cup milk
Instructions
1: In a pan add the rice and toast it slightly for 10 seconds and add water, bring it to a boil and reduce the heat to a simmer. 2: Cover and cook for 12 minutes. 3: Add milk, cocoa powder, and jaggery.
