What you need

in ginger

tbsp soya sauce

cup water

tbsp garlic

tsp cumin powder

cup tomato ketchup

tbsp ginger garlic paste

onion
tbsp cornflour
fl oz oil

tsp salt

tbsp chili sauce

bunch fresh coriander leaves

tsp black pepper

oz chili powder
Instructions
1: Wash and soak the soya in hot water till it becomes soft. Strain it, squeeze the water off it and keep it aside. 2: In a bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients. Add water and mix it well. 3: Add the soya chunks, mix it till it is coated evenly. Let it marinate for about 30 minutes. 4: Heat oil in a kadai. Deep fry the soya chunks till it becomes slightly crispy. 5: Take it off the oil and keep it on a plate with tissue paper to let the oil drain off. 6: Heat a pan with oil. Add ginger and garlic, saute it for a minute or 2. 7: Add the 3 sauces and mix it till it all combines evenly. 8: Add the soya chunks to it, toss it till it is evenly coated. 9: Transfer it to a bowl/plate.
