What you need
tbsp oil

tsp salt

slice bread
green chilli

cup onion

cup tomato

tbsp ketchup

tbsp lemon juice

tbsp garlic
cup capsicum

slice cheese

tbsp fresh coriander leaves
tsp red chili powder

tbsp chili sauce
Instructions
1: Toast the bread slices until crisp on both sides. Remove from the pan and cut into cubes. 2: Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, green chilli and ginger. Add onion and capsicum. Saute until the onion turns translucent. 3: Add tomato, red chilli powder and salt. Saute until the tomato turns mushy. 4: Add the red chilli sauce and ketchup. 5: Add the bread cubes, lemon juice and coriander leaves. Stir gently until it is evenly mixed. 6: Add the cheese slices on top. Cover and cook on low heat for 2 minutes or until the cheese has melted.View original recipe
