What you need

tomato

cup honey

tsp salt

onion
tsp oil

tsp cumin powder

tbsp olive oil

cup chickpea

cucumber

tsp black pepper

tbsp chili powder
Instructions
1: Wash and soak the chickpeas for 6 hours and strain it. 2: Transfer the chickpeas to a cooker, add enough water till the chickpeas are submerged. Add ½ tsp of salt and pressure cook it for 5 whistles. Let the steam reduce gradually and strain the chickpeas. 3: Heat a pan, add very little oil and add the chickpeas. 4: Add kashmiri chilli and cumin powder. Mix well on a medium flame for 2 minutes. 5: To prepare the dressing, mix olive oil, honey and black pepper powder together. 6: To a mixing bowl, add lettuce, onion, tomato, cucumber, chickpeas and the dressing.
