Instructions
1: Marinate the chicken with hung curd, lemon juice, and spices. 2: Heat oil and ghee, add whole spices, and sauté. 3: Add sliced onions and ginger garlic paste, cook until golden. 4: Mix in the marinated chicken and cook until done. 5: Prepare the rice in boiling water with spices until partially cooked. 6: Layer rice over the chicken, adding saffron milk, fried onions, and mint/coriander leaves. 7: Drizzle kewra water and cover to cook on low heat until rice is tender.View original recipe
