What you need

tsp sugar
tbsp oil

tbsp tamarind paste

fl oz lemon juice

tsp cumin seed

tsp chili powder

bunch fresh coriander leaves

lemongrass

kaffir lime leaves

oz boneless chicken thighs

tbsp fresh ginger

clove garlic

Instructions
1: Prepare rendang paste with garlic, ginger, lemongrass, red chillies, cumin, fresh coriander, tamarind paste, lemon juice, salt, and sugar. 2: Heat oil in a pan, add the rendang paste and cook until it gives out an aroma and releases oil. 3: Add the chicken and mix well. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4: Cook the chicken until it is evenly coated with the rendang paste and the mixture is almost dry. 5: Check the taste and transfer to a bowl.
