What you need

tsp turmeric powder

tsp salt

tsp coriander powder

fl oz coconut milk

bunch curry leaves

tbsp ginger garlic paste

oz chicken thigh

banana leaves
tsp red chili powder

green chili

tsp black pepper

tbsp ginger
Instructions
1: In a bowl, marinate the chicken with red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and coconut oil. Let it rest for 10 minutes. 2: Heat a pan, add coconut oil and sear the marinated chicken on a medium flame for 4 minutes on each side. Keep it aside. 3: Heat a mud pot, place a banana leaf on it and add coconut oil. Let it heat up. 4: Add curry leaves and the chicken. And let it sit in the heat for 2 minutes. 5: Add coconut milk, ginger and green chillies. 6: Add black pepper powder and bring it to a soft boil. 7: Simmer the chicken in the coconut milk for 15 minutes. 8: Turn off the flame and serve it hot.View original recipe
