What you need
mace

tsp garam masala

tsp salt

tbsp cream

tsp ginger garlic paste

fl oz lemon juice

tsp chili powder

cup water

tsp sugar

tsp cinnamon

tbsp ghee
tbsp oil

can tomato paste

clove clove

green cardamoms

onion

cup cashew butter

tsp methi

tbsp fresh coriander leaves

cup bean curd
Instructions
1: Marinate the chicken with curd, lemon juice, chili powder, turmeric powder and salt. Let it rest for 1 hour. 2: Heat oil in a pan, add ghee. Add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, mace, cumin and let it crackle. 3: Add onion paste and cook it till it starts to turn golden brown. 4: Add the tomato paste and masala powders. 5: Cook it well for 2 minutes. 6: Add water, the marinated chicken and mix well. Cover and cook the chicken for 10 minutes on a medium to low flame. 7: Add cashew paste, kasoori methi, cream, coriander and mix well till it combines well with the chicken mixture. 8: Garnish it with coriander leaves and cream.
