What you need

tsp salt

tsp ginger garlic paste

tsp red chili powder

tbsp fresh coriander leaves

Instructions
1: Cut the chicken into thin strips and keep aside. 2: Heat a pan, add oil, finely chopped onions and cook until the onions are translucent. 3: Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell leaves. 4: Add the chopped tomatoes and red chilli powder, salt. 5: Add the cut chicken strips. 6: Cook this for 2 minutes. 7: Add 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil. Add the coriander leaves. 8: Add the Maggi noodles, Maggi tastemaker powder and cook for 2 minutes. 9: Add the grated cheese and stir. 10: Remove from the heat and grate some more cheese on top of the cooked Maggi. 11: Serve hot.View original recipe
