What you need

Instructions
1: Marinate the chicken with the given marinade ingredients for 20-30 mins. 2: For the gravy paste, heat oil in a pan, add the green chillies, cashew nuts and onions, saute until golden brown. 3: Add some water and blend into a fine puree. 4: Puree the tomatoes and set aside. 5: Heat ghee in a pan and saute the chicken for about 8 mins. 6: For the gravy, heat oil and add ginger garlic paste, saute for 2 mins. 7: Add the tomato puree and cook until thick and no longer raw in aroma. 8: Add the powdered spices and the onion paste. Saute until the oil releases. 9: Add the chicken, milk and water and simmer. Finish with crushed kasuri methi and chaat masala.View original recipe
