What you need

tsp cumin

tbsp coriander seed

tbsp cashew

tbsp almond

cinnamon

green cardamoms

clove

tsp black pepper

lb chicken pieces

cup tomato puree

tbsp ginger garlic paste

tbsp methi

tsp salt

cup fried onions

tbsp ghee
Instructions
1: Dry roast the ingredients required to make the angara masala till it is aromatic and blend it to a fine powder. 2: In a big bowl, add the chicken, the masala powder and the other ingredients required for the marination and mix it well till all the ingredients combine evenly. 3: Let the mixture marinate for about 1 hour. 4: Transfer the chicken to a pan and start cooking it on a medium flame, mixing it regularly. 5: Cover and let it cook on a medium flame for 25 minutes till the chicken is cooked. 6: Place a piece of hot coal in a bowl and place it on the gravy. Add a tbsp of ghee, cover it immediately. Let it smoke for 5 minutes. 7: Transfer it to a bowl. Serve it hot.View original recipe
