tsp turmeric powder

lb crab
tbsp oil

tbsp ginger garlic paste

tsp salt

bunch curry leaves

cup water

green chili

tsp cumin seed

tsp fennel seed

cup fresh coriander leaves

tsp chili powder

tbsp black pepper
Instructions
1: Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, fennel seeds, curry leaves, green chillies and let it crackle. 2: Add chopped onions and sauté till it turns golden brown. 3: Add ginger garlic paste and cook it for a minute. 4: Add the chopped tomatoes and cook it till it starts to become soft. 5: Add the dry masala powders and cook them for a minute. Mix well. 6: Add the crabs and cook them in the masala for 3-4 minutes. 7: Add water, mix well. Bring it to a boil. 8: Cover and cook the crabs on a medium flame for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 9: Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Mix well till all the ingredients combine evenly. 10: Keep mixing it well till the masala becomes thick and coats the crabs well. 11: Serve it hot with rice.View original recipe
