What you need

tsp turmeric powder

cup tomato

tsp turmeric powder

tsp red chilli

tsp coriander powder

tsp cumin powder

tsp red pepper powder

tsp garam masala

tbsp fresh coriander leaves
cup shredded coconut

tbsp poppy seed

Instructions
1: Cut the cauliflower into florets. Wash and drain it. Then add salt, turmeric and enough water to cover. Set aside for 10-15 minutes. 2: Heat oil in a pan and add the whole spices (cinnamon, cardamom, clove, fennel seeds, kalpasi). Add the onion and sauté until it turns translucent. 3: Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute. 4: Add the green chilli, tomato, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder and garam masala powder. Sauté for 3-4 minutes or until the tomato softens. 5: Drain the cauliflower and add it to the pot. Add water, cover and cook for 5 minutes. 6: Prepare the coconut paste by grinding all the ingredients into a fine paste. 7: Add the coconut paste and water. Cover the pot partly with a lid and cook for 5 more minutes. 8: Adjust the amount of salt, add coriander leaves, mix and turn off the heat.
