tbsp coconut oil

tsp turmeric powder

tsp mustard seed
dried chilli

tsp urad dal

cup cabbage
green chilli

cup coconut
Instructions
1: In a large bowl, add the cabbage, coconut, green chilli, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well using your hands. Allow it to rest for 30 minutes. 2: In a pan, heat the coconut oil. Add mustard seeds and when they splutter, add the urad dal. 3: Add the dry red chillies and curry leaves. 4: Add the cabbage mixture to the pan.
