What you need

tsp ginger garlic paste

tsp salt

tsp cumin powder

tsp coriander powder
tbsp oil

oz spaghetti

tbsp butter

tsp turmeric powder

tbsp water

tsp sugar
tsp red chili powder

tbsp fresh coriander leaves

tsp methi

cup onion

tsp garam masala
oz boneless chicken breast

Instructions
1: Marinate the chicken with salt, red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste. 2: Heat oil in a large pan on high heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes, flipping it occasionally to get a sear on all sides. Remove the chicken from the pan. 3: Add butter to the pan, followed by the onion. Saute until translucent. 4: Add ginger garlic paste and all the spice powders. Saute for 2 minutes. Add a splash of water to prevent it from burning. 5: Add tomato puree and season with salt and sugar. Saute and cook for 5 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent it from burning. 6: Add the seared chicken pieces, cover and cook again for 5 minutes. 7: Meanwhile, you can cook the pasta. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and season with salt. Add the pasta and cook for 8-9 minutes or according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain the pasta. 8: Add fresh cream, garam masala powder, kasuri methi and coriander leaves. Stir until evenly combined.View original recipe
