What you need

tomato
tbsp oil

tsp cumin

tsp black peppercorn
green chilli

onion

tbsp ginger garlic paste

tsp salt

tsp turmeric powder

tsp red chilli

tsp coriander powder

cup water

tsp garam masala

tsp sugar

tbsp fresh coriander leaves

tbsp double cream
Instructions
1: Cut the broccoli into florets, wash, clean, and strain the water. Set aside to dry. 2: Grind the tomato into a puree and set aside. 3: Heat oil in a pan. Fry the broccoli for 2 minutes on high heat. Remove from the pan and set aside. 4: Add oil in the same pan. Once heated, add cumin and black peppercorn. Add onion and green chilli, and sauté until the onion turns golden brown. 5: Add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, and red chilli powder, and sauté for 2 minutes. 6: Add the tomato puree, cover, and cook on low heat for 5 minutes. 7: Add beaten curd, garam masala powder, and sugar. Stir and cook on high heat for 2 minutes. 8: Add the broccoli, cover, and cook for 2 minutes. 9: Finish with chopped coriander leaves and fresh cream (if using).
