Instructions
1: Pressure cook halved potatoes for 4 whistles. Peel them. 2: Heat oil in a kadhai and let the mustard seeds splutter, add coriander seeds, ginger, garlic, green chillies, and curry leaves. 3: Add hing, salt, and turmeric powder. 4: Add the potatoes and chopped coriander leaves. 5: Mash and mix well. 6: Fill this mixture in between two slices of bread. 7: For the batter: combine the given ingredients to make a smooth batter. 8: Dip the potato sandwiched bread in the batter and deep fry until golden brown.View original recipe
