What you need

tsp rose water

tsp cardamom powder
fl oz oil

cup sugar

tsp lemon juice

pistachio

Instructions
1: To make the sugar syrup, heat the sugar and water on medium-low heat until it turns sticky - around 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 2: Add lemon juice, cardamom powder, and rose water. Turn off the heat and set aside. 3: For the Gulab Jamun, add the bread into a mixer and grind into a fine powder. 4: Add the milk, cream, and maida. Mix into a smooth dough. 5: Deep-fry the dough balls over medium heat until golden brown. 6: While still warm, soak it in the sugar syrup for at least 2 hours.
