1: Remove the outer husk of the corn. If you want it in an authentic way, bring it all to one side, but don’t tear it off. 2: Roast the corn by showing over a direct medium flame. Keep rotating so that all the sides get roasted evenly until it is evenly charred all over. 3: While it is still hot, apply some butter on it. 4: For the masala, mix together all the ingredients listed. 5: Mix until it is all evenly combined. 6: Cut a lemon in two.
