clove garlic

oz white onion

cup brown sugar

tsp mustard

tbsp apple cider vinegar

cup soy sauce

cup sweet chilli sauce

cup tomato ketchup

lb chicken wing

cup corn flour

tsp salt

tsp pepper

Instructions
1: In a pan, add the butter and then add the garlic and shallots/onions. 2: Sauté until the onions turn translucent (about 1 minute). 3: Add all the other ingredients and cook on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes or until the sauce thickens. 4: Let the sauce cool down and blend it into a fine paste. 5: In a flat bowl, add the corn flour, black pepper powder, and salt, and mix thoroughly. 6: Keep the sauce warm. 7: Dip the chicken wings in the prepared flour mixture and deep fry on a medium-high flame for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. 8: Toss the fried chicken in the sauce and serve hot.View original recipe
