What you need

cup panko breadcrumbs

oz paneer
tbsp oil

tsp onion powder

cup corn flour

garlic

tsp soy sauce

tbsp honey

cup milk

bunch spring onion
tbsp chili flakes

Instructions
1: In a mixing bowl, add cornflour, soy sauce, milk, and whisk into a smooth batter. 2: Add paneer cubes and mix thoroughly, ensuring the paneer doesn’t break. 3: Let it marinate for 20 minutes. 4: In the meantime, take a pan, pour oil, and add garlic and spring onion whites while the oil is cold; cook until golden brown. 5: Once golden brown, switch off the flame, add chilli flakes and kashmiri chilli powder, and set aside. 6: Crumb the marinated paneer cubes and deep fry until golden brown. 7: In a bowl, add mayonnaise, honey, soy sauce, onion powder, kashmiri chilli powder, and the prepared chilli oil; whisk until well combined and garnish with spring onion greens and coriander. 8: Serve hot!View original recipe
