cup brown sugar

cup coconut

tsp baking powder

cup milk

tbsp pistachio

tsp cardamom powder

cup wheat flour
Instructions
1: In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined. 2: In a non-stick Tawa add the batter and brush the edges with ghee. 3: Cook on a low flame for 1 minute and while still undercooked add chopped pistachios to the dosa and flip. 4: Cook for a minute more and serve hot.View original recipe
