Instructions
1: Heat a pan, and add butter. Let it melt. 2: Add the chopped garlic and sauté till it turns light brown. 3: Add the onions and thyme and sauté till it turns translucent. 4: Add the mushrooms and sauté for 3-4 minutes. 5: Add maida and mix till the mushrooms are coated with it and cook until maida loses its raw flavor. 6: Gradually add milk and mix until the mixture starts to thicken. 7: Add salt, pepper, and fresh cream, and mix well. 8: Add grated cheese and mix thoroughly. Bring the mixture to a soft boil. 9: Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe bowl. 10: Add bread cubes to it and press them in a little. 11: Top it off with mozzarella and bake it in the oven until the cheese turns brown.View original recipe
