1: Peel the apples, remove the core, and blend it into a smooth paste and set aside. 2: In a kadhai, pour ghee and fry the cashews until golden brown and remove from the pan. 3: Pour the apple paste and cook until the paste leaves out the ghee. 4: Add sugar and cook on moderate heat for 3-4 minutes, making sure you don’t overcook the sugar. 5: Once the halwa becomes thick, add cardamom powder and the fried cashews, mix thoroughly and serve once cooled.View original recipe
