tsp coriander seed
Instructions
1: Add oil to a hot pan and add the garlic, coriander, dry chillies and onion and saute well. 2: Let it cool and add the sauted ingredients to a blending jar. 3: Add jaggery powder and salt to it and blend it into a fine paste. 4: Adjust the consistency with water. 5: Add fried mustard seeds and Urad dal to it and mix well.View original recipe
