What you need

tomato

onion

in ginger

tsp coriander powder

cup green peas
tbsp oil

tsp garam masala

tsp salt

tsp sugar

tsp cumin

cup water
green chilli
potato

tsp cumin powder

tbsp fresh coriander leaves

tsp chili powder
Instructions
1: Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, ginger, garlic, green chillies and let it crackle. 2: Add the onions and sauté till it turns light brown. 3: Add the masala powders and cook it for a minute on a low flame. 4: Add the potatoes, mix well and let it fry on a high flame for 2 minutes while mixing continuously. 5: Add the tomatoes and sauté till they get soft. 6: Add water and mix well. Cover and let it cook till the water almost evaporates. 7: Add the green peas when there is little water remaining and mix well. 8: Season the mixture with salt and sugar. 9: Add the chopped coriander leaves and mix well. 10: Transfer it to a bowl, garnish with a coriander sprig and serve hot with rice or roti.View original recipe
