What you need

tsp salt

tsp garam masala

tbsp ghee

tsp cumin powder

tsp coriander powder
fl oz oil

tbsp lemon juice
tsp ajwain
tbsp mustard oil

chicken leg

bunch fresh coriander leaves

tsp methi

cheese curd
tbsp red chili powder
Instructions
1: Add all the ingredients required for the marinade to a bowl and mix it till it combines evenly. 2: Score the chicken legs and add the marinade to it. 3: Mix well till the chicken legs are coated evenly with the marinade. 4: Let the chicken marinate in the fridge for 1 hour. 5: Preheat the air fryer at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. 6: Add the chicken to the air fryer and apply oil on it. 7: Air fry the chicken at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. 8: Take it out of the fryer. 9: Place a bowl with a piece of hot coal on the chicken. 10: Add ghee to it and cover it tightly and let it smoke for 5 minutes. 11: Garnish with coriander leaves, lemon wedges and serve it hot.View original recipe
