Transforming leftover idlis into a delicious Saravana Bhavan Style inspired dish with various spices and ingredients. This recipe includes shallow-fried idlis mixed with flavorful vegetables and seasonings, perfect for a hearty meal.

1: Chop the idlis into ½ inch cubes. 2: Add oil in a pan, shallow fry the idli until golden brown on all the sides. Remove from the pan, set aside. 3: Add oil in the pan (if needed), add fennel seeds and slit green chili. 4: Add the finely chopped onions and sauté until translucent. 5: Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a couple of minutes. 6: Add the tomato and sauté until mushy. 7: Add salt, kashmiri red chili powder, garam masala and coriander powder, mix well. 8: Add the capsicum cubes, cooked green peas, tomato ketchup and cook everything for 3 mins. 9: Add the shallow fried idlis and mix gently. 10: Add some finely chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice, and remove from the heat.
