A fiery Dragon Lollipop made with chicken that's deep-fried and coated in a flavorful sauce. This dish combines a variety of spices and sauces to create a deliciously crispy and spicy treat, perfect for special occasions like New Year celebrations.

1: In a bowl, add cornflour, maida, salt, pepper, red chilli powder and water to form a batter. Add the chicken to the batter. 2: Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Fry the chicken pieces until crispy. Remove from the oil and set aside on a tissue paper to drain any excess oil. 3: In the pan, add and heat 1 tsp of oil. Add finely chopped garlic, green chilli, chopped celery stem and stir fry. 4: Add Spring onion whites and continue to stir fry. 5: Add the water. 6: Add tomato sauce, red chilli sauce, chilli powder and continue to cook. Once the sauce starts to thicken, add honey. Add the chopped celery leaves and spring onion. 7: Add the fried chicken pieces. Stir fry until the sauce coats the chicken pieces. 8: Remove from heat and optionally wrap silver foil on the bone end of the lollipop. 9: Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.
