1: In a bowl, combine together all the ingredients except the ghee. 2: Mix well to form a lump-free, smooth and thick batter. 3: Heat a non-stick tawa and grease with ghee. 4: Pour the batter with a round ladle and spread to the required thickness, adding a few drops of ghee. 5: Flip the Chilla when browned on the underside, about 2 mins on a medium flame. 6: Serve with pickle or raita.
