A quick and delicious snack, Chilli Cheese Bread can be made in just 10 minutes. The bread is toasted and then topped with a flavorful mix of spices, vegetables, and melted cheese for a cheesy, spicy treat.

1: Toast the bread slices until crisp on both sides. Remove from the pan and cut into cubes. 2: Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, green chilli and ginger. Add onion and capsicum. Saute until the onion turns translucent. 3: Add tomato, red chilli powder and salt. Saute until the tomato turns mushy. 4: Add the red chilli sauce and ketchup. 5: Add the bread cubes, lemon juice and coriander leaves. Stir gently until it is evenly mixed. 6: Add the cheese slices on top. Cover and cook on low heat for 2 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
