A delicious Fish Fry made with freshwater fish, flavored with ginger garlic paste, spices, and coated in a crispy batter. Perfect as a side dish for meals or snacks.

1: Clean and wash the fish pieces. Pat dry and keep aside. 2: In a bowl, add the ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, chopped curry leaves, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, black pepper powder and salt. Mix well. 3: Add the besan flour, cornflour and water to the bowl. Mix well to form a paste. 4: Add the cleaned fish pieces to the Masala paste. Coat each piece of the fish with the masala paste and set aside for 15 minutes. 5: In a deep frying pan, heat the oil. 6: Once the oil is hot, add the fish pieces and deep fry for 3 minutes. 7: Drain the oil using a paper towel and serve the fish pieces with onion slices and lemon wedges.
