1: Add water to a pan, add salt to it. Bring it to a boil. 2: Add the pasta and boil it according to the time mentioned on the pack. 3: Strain the pasta, reserve some of the water, grease it with oil and keep it aside. 4: Heat a pan, add olive oil. 5: Add chopped garlic and saute till it starts to turn light brown. 6: Add the mushrooms and saute for 2-3 minutes. 7: Add the tomato puree and cook it for 5 minutes. 8: Add the reserved pasta water and let it simmer for 5 minutes. 9: Add oregano and butter, mix well. 10: Add the fresh cream and mix till it combines evenly. 11: Add the boiled pasta and mix and toss till it is coated well with the sauce. 12: Garnish it with coriander and serve it hot.
