1: Let the milk boil, mix the vinegar and water in a cup and add it to the milk. 2: Let it cuddle, use a muslin cloth and remove the water from the curdled milk and separate the khoya. 3: For the sugar syrup, boil the water and sugar and add the cardamom powder, let the sugar melt. 4: Rub the khoya for 10 minutes and make it into a smooth dough. 5: Roll out small balls from the khoya and drop them into the boiling sugar syrup and let it cook for 12 minutes. 6: Garnish with a few sprigs of saffron.
